Perspective Pays Off – April 28/08
I’m frequently asked by senior HR professionals "What can you do for me that I can’t do for myself?" and my answer is: "Lots".
As a search consultant, I can usually reach a much larger talent pool, identify more recruiting options, and obtain a level of objectivity that they can’t get from inside their own organization.
An executive search firm works with a larger market and a more diverse network of candidates and sources than can an individual working alone or in one industry. Therefore, we can identify and reach candidates that they might never have considered or become aware of, and we can provide insights that they could not get directly from candidates on the company’s reputation and competitive position in the market.
We partner with our client’s Human Resources team to extend their reach and act as a bridge to communication to find the best talent and fit for their organization. That's what we can do - and that’s why we’ve been in business for 32 years.
