The Position

To be responsible primarily for the development of new customers, this person strategically plans and fosters senior level contacts and initiatives to forge business relationships and drive new growth opportunities. This person will bring a consultative sales approach to the medium to large enterprise market, focused on the Finance, Insurance and Healthcare segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability measured against revenue targets, margins, opportunity generation, customer satisfaction, account management, and expense management
  • primary focus is to develop new sales, leveraging your established set of strong customer contacts
  • manage and grow the current portfolio within existing customer base
  • achieve annual sales & profitability targets
  • provide advanced IT solutions and consulting services to our clients using a business solutions and relationship driven approach
  • co-ordinate with technical delivery teams to ensure customer focused solutions

The Candidate

  • university degree
  • minimum of 5 years directly related sales experience
  • strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in building customer relationships at the executive management level
  • strong sales ability and experience selling integrated IT solutions including hardware, software and professional services as a complete solution
  • strong sales background linked with broad technical knowledge in internetworking design, hardware, Citrix, VMware and Microsoft technologies
  • project management skills to ensure proper implementation of the customer solution
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects
  • sound understanding of the tools and technology applied to the IT discipline in critical
