Client Delivery Executive (#3721)

The Position
Reporting to the Vice President, Credit Solutions, the position is responsible for overall client satisfaction and for profitably managing and delivering against client expectations. Leading a dedicated team, the Client Delivery Executive will lead a dedicated team that will act as a single point of contact for a select number of clients, and is responsible for the effective oversight of professional services delivery to their portfolio of clients.
Specific duties & accountabilities include:
Client Strategy
- Establishes an annual account plan and strategy for responsible accounts.
- In partnership with the Sales team, ensures that clients are kept apprised of all company project plans and delivery progress, which includes regular updates on the product road map for accounts.
- Delivers technology solutions that are aligned with Client business strategy and tactical plans.
- Collaborates and works closely with the Sales team to establish multi-tiered relationships within account groups.
- Identifies, solicits and potentially up-sells new service opportunities, and utilizes internal reporting systems for updating and forecasting.
Financial Accountabilities
- Manages the successful end-to-end delivery of projects to ensure that they are delivered on time with a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Manages expense budgets with focus on minimizing costs and identifying ways of delivering services more efficiently.
Leadership & Team Management
- Coordinates support network for account(s) to ensure seamless client delivery relating to production support and project implementation.
- Actively participates in working groups and client steering meetings.
- Provides coaching, mentoring and career development to his/her team.
- Acts as a senior point of escalation for both team members and clients.
- Works effectively and provides leadership to other departments for project delivery and production support within the Controls framework, to ensure high delivery success and client satisfaction.
The Candidate
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have worked in a consulting/relationship management role for 7-10 years, servicing the requirements of large financial institutions in delivering complex solutions. A university degree in computer science or business is highly valued. A willingness to travel is required.
In fulfilling this role, the Client Delivery Executive will have excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, and will be comfortable in managing client relationships and instilling client confidence at the executive level. Given both the delivery and ongoing client development requirements associated with this position, this candidate will be adaptable, self-starting, proactive and client centric.
This role is best suited to one who enjoys managing and growing client relationships, and has the ability to effectively influence others, in meeting client expectations in accordance with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
